Our small group classes are designed using functional training exercises in a circuit-style set-up. Training with a small group of people in a circuit-style set-up can be a massive advantage for people who sometimes have trouble motivating themselves to get to the gym. Having the support and camaraderie of your fellow classmates can be just the thing some of us need. Whether you’re a competitive person or a shy person, there’s always someone inspiring and encouraging you to try your best!
 

Silver Sneakers is an exercise program that is designed exclusively for adults 65+ and is offered with most Medicare plans! We focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is used as well for seated exercises and for standing support. Our Silver Sneakers class is more than a workout, it's a fun community from your classmates to your instructor that you get to see on a regular basis!
